WHO IS 5DO? 5DO is a Breton company dedicated to assisting chefs worldwide in crafting innovative gastronomy centered around blue lobster, shellfish, and crustaceans.
HOW DO WE DO IT? By delivering raw seafood meat of unparalleled quality, right "as it comes out of the water," leveraging our distinctive expertise in cold shelling and cryogenization.
WHAT IS 5DO's MISSION? To demonstrate to chefs that 5DO's frozen food surpasses living products in terms of quality, ecological impact, and versatility, providing a more qualitative, eco-friendly, and innovative solution.
