As anticipation mounts, the highly awaited Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America is set to commence on Sunday, March 10th, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, extending through Tuesday, March 12th.
This year's expo promises to be larger than ever, spanning over 250,000 square feet of exhibit space, featuring leading seafood companies showcasing an extensive range of products, from fresh and frozen to value-added and packaged seafood.
Highlighting sustainability and innovation, exhibitors such as Integrated Information Systems SA, Seawise Innovative Packaging, and Cesit Mensucat will showcase aquaculture advancements alongside industry giants like Mowi, Cermaq, and Anova Foods Inc.
With representation from over 45 countries, including notable increases from Norway, the U.K., Ecuador, and Chile, and the introduction of exhibitors from emerging markets like Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Mauritania, and Myanmar, the expo promises a diverse global presence.
The event's comprehensive conference program will feature a keynote address from esteemed political economist Mark Blyth, alongside over 30 educational sessions covering topics ranging from aquaculture and artificial intelligence to sustainability and traceability.
Attendees are invited to explore the Wave Makers' Zone, a dynamic hub showcasing industry innovations, hosting special events such as the Oyster Shucking Competition and live podcast interviews.
