Forty Finalists Revealed for 2024 Seafood Excellence Global Awards
The stage is set for the highly anticipated 2024 Seafood Excellence Global Awards as forty exceptional contenders from across the globe have been unveiled. These finalists, representing fifteen different countries, will vie for top honors in two prestigious categories: Best Hotel/Restaurant/Catering (HORECA) Product and Best Retail Product. Additionally, recognition will be awarded for innovation, convenience, health and nutrition, retail packaging, and seafood product line excellence.
The winners of these coveted awards will be announced on Tuesday, April 23rd, at 18:15 p.m., within the esteemed confines of the Fira de Barcelona's Gran Via venue, specifically at CC5, Room 5.
This year's finalists include a diverse array of innovative products, showcasing the latest advancements and trends in the seafood industry. From Alaska Pollock Sweet & Sour Sauce Battered Rolls to Lobster Roll Sliders with Lobster Butter, each entry reflects the ingenuity and creativity driving seafood product development worldwide.
The selection process, overseen by a panel of three seafood industry experts, rigorously evaluated eighty-five submissions to identify the most exemplary entries.
The Seafood Excellence Global Awards, an extension of the renowned Seafood Excellence North America competition, represents a pinnacle of achievement within the seafood industry. Hosted by Diversified Communications, the esteemed organization behind Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America and Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global, these awards celebrate excellence and innovation in seafood products on a global scale. Furthermore, the Seafood Excellence Asia Awards, hosted by Diversified Communications, will be held this year in Singapore from September 4th to 6th, further solidifying the global reach and influence of these prestigious accolades.
