PescaFácil boasts multiple production lines meticulously crafted to adhere to the most stringent Critical Control Point criteria. With over 4,000 meters of continually upgraded facilities, we have implemented several production lines designed to meet these rigorous standards.
Our facilities feature separate preparation rooms for both raw and cooked shellfish, cooking equipment equipped with five independent cooking lines, and specialized areas for quick IQF deep freezing of shellfish. The infrastructure includes continuous freezing tunnels operating at -40ºC, a glazing line, cold storage chambers at 0ºC with an ice-maker, and more than 2,000 m³ of storage space at -20ºC. Additionally, we manage sea water shellfish farms as part of our comprehensive operations.
Pescafácil offers versatile services for certain customers, engaging in cooking, packaging, and raw preparation of shellfish using the customer's own product—a practice commonly known as "MAQUILA" activities.
