For four generations, Frigorífico del Sud-Este SA has been dedicated to the cold industry, with a particular focus on fish and seafood. Initially serving key companies in the city, the company has evolved into a leading exporter, showcasing a wealth of experience.
Specializing in the processing and export of a diverse range of commercial species from the South Atlantic, the company utilizes advanced freezing technology, including six tunnels with a daily capacity of 35 tons each and three double-contact freezing plates producing 4 tons every 3 hours. With a storage capacity of 3,000 tons, Frigorífico del Sud-Este SA operates with 100 employees, adhering to FDA and HACCP standards, ensuring compliance with market-specific directives and authorization for exports to the European Union.
The company has earned recognition from the United States Department of Transportation for its commitment and contribution to the US merchant marine. Renowned for being specialists in value-added seafood products, Frigorífico del Sud-Este SA holds certifications for exporting to markets across all five continents. The dedicated team, spanning areas such as Administration, International Trade, Finance, Production, and Human Resources, is well-equipped to manage operations efficiently and uphold the company's commitment to quality and personalized attention.
