SISAL ensures stringent quality control from unloading ports, overseen by our staff, to the final reception at the client's facilities, maintaining the cold chain with refrigerated trucks at -18ºC. Our commitment to sustainable fishing involves avoiding the marketing of immature sizes and respecting biological stoppages in various fishing ports. This approach aims to preserve the marine ecosystem and ensure compliance with international regulations and measures in fishing.
