Bristol Seafood, renowned for its culinary mastery and commitment to excellence, unveils its latest creation: the Soy Ginger Cedar Plank Salmon. Crafted with expertise and inspired by Asian flavors, this addition promises to tantalize taste buds and enhance grilling experiences nationwide, just in time for the upcoming grilling season.
The company attributes its ability to innovate and diversify its offerings to the establishment of a new value-added plant in 2022. This expansion ensures that consumers can enjoy restaurant-quality seafood dinners in the comfort of their homes.
Building on its success, Bristol Seafood introduced the Grab and Go retail range in early 2021, designed to cater to the evolving preferences of seafood consumers. This contemporary lineup features high-quality selections such as line-caught Alaska cod and farmed Atlantic salmon.
Expanding its My Fish Dish range, which debuted in 2019 with 18 packaged seafood items, Bristol recently introduced enticing additions like Spicy Ginger Shrimp and Sesame Miso Butter Cod. Furthermore, its Seafood Singles line of frozen products offers convenient, pre-seasoned center-cut Atlantic salmon portions in flavors like lemon and pesto butter, as well as ginger and garlic butter, packaged for easy access and enjoyment.
Notably, Bristol Seafood achieved B Corp certification in January 2023, underscoring its commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Iréne Moon, emphasized the company's dedication to providing nutritious, delicious, and convenient seafood options for consumers to enjoy at home.
