Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America Highlights Innovation and Networking Opportunities
The recent edition of Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America, held in Boston, Massachusetts, brought together a diverse range of companies and products, showcasing fresh, frozen, canned, value-added seafood, as well as processing technology and logistics services. Diversified Communications Seafood Vice President, Wynter Courmont, emphasized the event's significance in facilitating face-to-face meetings and achieving business objectives.
The expo attracted prominent seafood buyers from across North America, including Aldi, Costco, and Walmart, providing a platform for discovering new products and fostering business relationships. The event also featured the prestigious Seafood Excellence Awards, recognizing innovative products such as Highland Farms' Salmon Salami and Social Kitchens Professional/SK Foods Brands' Premium Sliders.
Attendees also enjoyed various activities, including the Connecting Women in Seafood reception and Oyster Shucking Competition held in the newly introduced Wave Makers’ Zone. Additionally, the event's conference program featured keynote presentations and over 30 sessions covering topics such as consumer trends, sustainability, and artificial intelligence.
Looking ahead, the 2025 edition of Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America is scheduled to take place from March 16 to 18 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
