During the launch event at the 2024 Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona, Spain, Regal Springs CEO Alois Hofbauer introduced the company's latest venture, the 'Natural Additions' brand, which reimagines tilapia byproducts for market appeal.
The diverse product range includes belly meat, fillet trimmings, carcasses, fishmeal, fish oil, scales, skin, heads, eyes, and mince meat. Regal Springs is actively exploring market opportunities for each item within the range.
Known for its premium tilapia raised in Indonesia, Honduras, and Mexico, Regal Springs prioritizes sustainability, eschewing chemicals, growth hormones, and antibiotics.
