Qdoba, headquartered in San Diego, California, U.S.A., and boasting over 750 locations nationwide, has reintroduced its citrus lime shrimp offering this Lent. Certified by Best Aquaculture Practices, the shrimp is cooked in-house in a citrus lime sauce over an open flame and can be added to various menu items such as burritos, bowls, quesadillas, or salads. According to Qdoba Vice President of Marketing Kim Zamir, this return of the fan-favorite protein option responds to customer demand, particularly from those seeking alternatives to red meat during Lent.
